Job summary

GovTech, a government agency in Singapore, seeks an organised administrator to support the Investment Division’s day-to-day operations. You will help with reporting, documentation, compliance, governance, liquidity, reconciliations, and trade support in a small team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and collaboration with external counterparties and internal stakeholders in an institutional setting. 1–3 years in investment ops is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support performance reporting across portfolios and data sources.
• Maintain organised documentation and track key terms and renewals.
• Assist in monitoring portfolio compliance with guidelines.
• Support governance, audit prep, and policy documentation.
• Assist liquidity monitoring and cash flow tracking.
• Help reconcile valuations and transactions with custodians.
• Support settlement tracking and issue resolution with counterparties.
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, and service providers.
• Assist onboarding of ops systems and document workflows.
• Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and distribution of materials.
