Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or related financial services functions.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with a self-driven attitude and keen interest in process improvements are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ILP fund activities including corporate actions, fund changes, closures, dividend declarations, portfolio rebalancing, and fund documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external fund managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of fund-related activities.
• Maintain fund information, documentation, and customer-facing content across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and governance compliance.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and controls to support effective operating practices.
• Support digitalisation, system enhancement, and transformation initiatives, including testing and implementation of process changes.
• Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of investment products, funds, and investment solutions, including review of product specifications and customer communications.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities for new products, fund launches, and system enhancements.
• Support broader investment initiatives and strategic projects, including index-related business activities and other investment management priorities.
• Prepare approval papers, management reports, and presentations, and provide fund and product-related support to internal stakeholders, distributors, customers, and external partners.
