You will work in a small, dynamic team handling performance reporting, document management, compliance monitoring, governance support, liquidity tracking, and trade settlement coordination. The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and proactive process improvement.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in investment operations or financial services support.
• Strong organisational skills with high accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Investment Division.
• Assist performance reporting across portfolios and data consolidation from custodians and fund admins.
• Maintain and track documentation: investment agreements, side letters, and ancillary materials.
• Support compliance monitoring and record-keeping for governance purposes.
• Assist in audit preparation and respond to review findings as needed.
• Monitor liquidity and cash movements; support settlement tracking with custodians.
• Coordinate and follow up with fund managers and counterparties on queries and actions.
• Onboard and support deployment of new systems and workflows; ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and distribution of materials.
