Job summary

JTC Corporation in Singapore seeks an Asst. Manager, Investment Operations to support the Investment Division with performance reporting, reconciliations, and governance. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide reliable administrative support across portfolios and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in an investment operations or financial services support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a lean team environment, with the initiative to build processes from scratch.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage external counterparties professionally.
• A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute across both administrative and operational functions.
• Prior exposure to investment operations, fund administration, or financial services will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting Support: assist in the preparation of periodic performance reports across portfolios.
• Document Management: maintain a well-organised repository of investment agreements and related documents.
• Compliance Monitoring Support: assist in monitoring portfolio compliance against investment guidelines.
• Governance and Audit Support: update operational policies and track audit findings.
• Liquidity Management Support: monitor cash positions and coordinate cash movements.
• Reconciliation Support: assist in reconciling valuations, cash, and transactions.
• Securities Settlement and Trade Support: track trades and settlement status with custodians.
• Counterparty Liaison: coordinate with fund managers, custodians and service providers.
• Technology and Systems Support: assist onboarding and workflow documentation for systems.
• Administrative Support: manage calendars, travel, meetings, and document distribution.
