Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational control checks and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Manage reconciliation and reporting of investment-related transactions and balances.
• Prepare regulatory, management and operational reports, including relevant tax/regulatory reporting.
• Liaise with service providers, vendors and regulatory stakeholders on operational and reporting matters.
• Support the review and resolution of trade-related issues, including calculations and client compensation where required.
• Provide oversight and day-to-day support to the Operations team.
• Perform data entry, reconciliation and other operational tasks as required.
• Support process improvements and ensure operational activities comply with internal procedures and requirements.
