RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a diligent operations professional in Singapore to perform daily control checks, oversee COI reconciliations, and coordinate with regulators and service providers on reporting matters.

The role requires handling trade delays, price comparisons, and ensuring accurate data entry, with ongoing opportunities to automate and streamline workflows for daily processing teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Manage Cost of Investments (COI) reconciliation and reporting with CPF Board and agent banks.
• Coordinate with external service providers and regulatory stakeholders on operational and reporting matters.
• Investigate trade delays and discrepancies, perform price comparisons and coordinate compensation processing where required.
• Assist with regulatory and management reporting, including CPF, MAS, FATCA and CRS-related matters.
• Provide operational oversight and support to daily processing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, including automation and workflow enhancements.
• Support reconcilations, data entry and other operational administrative duties.
