About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director / Associate Director to manage venture capital investments from origination to exit in the lifestyle space, such as travel, entertainment, sports, wellness, beauty, and consumer experiences. The role will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skill sets, and is ideal for a candidate with a deep understanding of consumer trends and a strong network in the lifestyle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential and emerging companies in the lifestyle sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, co‑investors, incubators, accelerators, and industry experts.
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, and market analysis.
• Structure and negotiate investment terms and manage deal execution.
• Present investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance, operational insights, and growth planning.
• Monitor performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of consumer behaviour shifts, industry innovations, and competitive dynamics.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s investment thesis in lifestyle.
