A leading Asian bank in Singapore seeks a motivated professional to join their Debt Capital Markets team. Your responsibilities will include originating and executing transactions, preparing pitch books, and coordinating the complete deal lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for originating and executing debt capital market transactions across the region. The role involves performing fundamental, financial, and credit analysis to support client funding and corporate requirements, preparing high-quality pitch books for capital raising and advisory mandates, and monitoring market trends to provide timely updates to clients.
On the execution side, you will coordinate the full deal lifecycle, including internal approvals, documentation, structuring, due diligence, ratings, investor marketing, and settlement. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from mandate to closing, while building strong relationships with client working‑level teams.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets and/or Equity Capital Markets. Strong knowledge of accounting, credit fundamentals, and financial modeling is essential, along with commercial awareness and a genuine interest in financial markets.
