Job summary

ABDUL ASIF PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized store keeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and store promotions. You will oversee goods, maintain records, and ensure storage hygiene.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, inventory checks, coordinating with Purchasing, and ensuring compliance with inventory systems and health standards. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work within opening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting.
• Ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward goods to storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear and organized records and invoices.
• Monitor storage hygiene and upkeep.
• Verify goods arrived as per PO and quantity.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable on discrepancies.
• Post invoices using MMS.
• Enter inventory data into the management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
