Job summary

AL-ZULFI PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized store keeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and plan promotional campaigns for the store. The role covers goods receipt, storage, inventory control, and hygiene across storage areas.

The successful candidate will oversee store operations, maintain records, and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely orders and correct quantities, while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related field.
• Well experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within store operations.
• Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders.
• Maintain clear and organized records for reports and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure proper inventory.
• Verify goods arrived as per purchase and delivery notes.
• Ensure storage of food, beverage and operational stock is secure and hygienic.
• Conduct inventory audits and update management system accordingly.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Resolve vendor delivery issues and manage returns as needed.
• Complete requisition forms and update inventory management software.
