Job summary

Responsibilities include receiving goods, inventory audits, coordinating with Purchasing, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in retail management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor and inventory to compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain organized records for reports and invoices.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of storage areas.
• Verify goods against purchase notes and quantities.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items and supplies.
• Coordinate with departments to sign requisitions and manage MMS entries.
• Address vendor delivery issues and manage returns.
