The role requires attention to inventory control, accurate record keeping, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. You will receive deliveries, manage par levels, coordinate with Purchasing, and support accounts with invoices. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Aufgaben

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.
• Verify goods arrived as per the purchase order and quantity received.
• Store and manage both food & beverage and operational stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of storage facilities and areas.
