Job summary

AL ASRIN PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Store Keeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and promotional planning for the store. This role emphasizes accurate inventory control, orderly records, and compliance with hygiene standards to ensure smooth store operations.

The candidate should have experience in retail management or sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work during opening hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail management or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and budgeting processes.
• Ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward goods to storage areas and ensure proper stock handling.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within store operations.
• Monitor inventory and prepare orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain organized records and file reports and invoices.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quantities.
• Store food, beverage, and operational stock; maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure store requisitions are signed by Department Heads and recorded in MMS.
• Post invoices in the Inventory/Materials Management System.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff.
• Assist with documentation and internal controls for after-hours issues.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items; address vendor issues.
• Conduct inventory audits and generate inventory reports.
