Palm Shore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organized Store Keeper to manage stock, staff coordination, and plan promotional campaigns for the store within a hotel environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and organizing deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring hygienic storage of food, beverage, and operational stock. The role requires attention to inventory levels, compliance with safety procedures, and cooperation with Purchasing and Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsabilités

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records for reports and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure proper inventory.
• Verify goods arrived as per purchase and delivery notes.
• Store storage for food, beverage, and operational stock.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Ensure store requisitions are signed by Department Heads.
• Match requested quantities with issued quantities.
• Enter store requisitions into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
• Post all invoices using MMS.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
• Adhere to internal controls and procedures for after-hours issues.
• Comply with Health and Safety procedures for food and beverage items.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs.
• Assist Accounts Payable with cost discrepancies.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and manage returns.
• Track received inventory and maintain inventory reports.
