Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and during opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor and take inventory to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records of reports and invoices.
• Verify goods arrived as per purchase, delivery note and quantity.
• Store and manage both food & beverage and operational stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of storage areas.
• Sign store requisitions by concerned Department Heads (HODs).
• Enter requisitions into Inventory/Materials Management System and post invoices.
