Job Scope
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website which includes
  • Fulfilling customers’ orders; Receiving, putting away, picking, sorting, packing, and despatch of orders
  • Unpacking, stock count, sorting and arranging of new stocks / restocks into inventory
  • Processing of customer returns into inventory
  • Updating all inflow / outflow of stock using our in house inventory management barcode system.
  • Monitoring product quantities and making sure products are restocked regularly
  • Assisting in any other administrative tasks
  • Facilitating in daily operations affairs that involves logistics/inventory (e.g. liasing with courier, photoshoots, steaming of apparel)
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills and fast learner.
  • Min N/O Level
  • Basic Excel Skills required
  • Able to work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months, applicants who are able to commit for longer periods will be prioritized.
  • Able to start work immediately.
