Job summary

HANIFFA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage stock accuracy, movements between shops and warehouse, and liaise with warehouse teams. The role includes preparing monthly sales and inventory reports and creating purchase orders, transfer orders, sales orders, and receiving orders.

Candidates should have a graduate or diploma, at least 3 years in inventory management, and strong IT literacy with MS Office; MS Access is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience inventory management, with good understanding of business processes and IT.
• Possess initiative, teamwork spirit and resource with good problem solving skills.
• At least 3 years' experience in inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & knowledge of MS Access will be an advantage.
