Qualifications

• Experience developing, implementing and managing new processes and project deliverables.
• Excellent digital fluency and ability to coordinate meetings using Zoom and Slack.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to succinctly record main points of meetings and organize material.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work with diverse teams including executives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HRIS and payroll support and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with payroll teams and vendors to deliver data and monthly reports.
• Provide timely HR data to benefits providers and manage vendor escalations.
• Support Workday implementation, testing, documentation and process improvements.
• Onboard and offboard employees and assist with induction and offer materials.
• Prepare employment contracts and enforce documentation processes.
• Assist in visa and immigration documentation and organizational changes.
• Support HR events, communications, and general administrative tasks.
