Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment, or office management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new joiners have what they need for a great first day.
• Be a friendly point of contact for employees on everyday HR questions.
• Help improve and automate HR processes to speed up the employee experience.
• Support recruitment across teams and locations.
• Organize team activities, events, and employee initiatives.
• Maintain office organization and liaise with vendors and service providers.
