Job summary

NTU Singapore's Student and Academic Services Department seeks an Assistant Manager for Transition & Integration Initiatives within the International Student Experience and Integration team. The role designs and delivers transition and integration programs to support international and local students, fostering belonging and success across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience interacting with students.
• Experience in youth development and/or IHL orientation programmes and integration of international students.
• Project management skills for coordinating large‑scale projects.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continually improve Transition & Integration initiatives for international and local students.
• Develop university-wide Integration initiatives to promote social mixing and belonging.
• Partner with schools, student organisations, residential halls and central offices to embed integration into the student experience.
• Develop metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess Integration outcomes.
• Support planning and execution of Transition journeys and ensure dissemination and adoption by students.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure wellbeing of scholars and report to MOE on Integration matters.
