Job summary

TEMPSERV PTE. LTD. seeks an HR professional to lead recruitment end-to-end across sites, developing effective sourcing strategies and engaging candidates.

You will create job ads, coordinate interviews, manage employment documentation, and maintain records while partnering with operations to meet manpower needs and ensure HR compliance.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a solid understanding of HR processes and payroll queries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. HR-related qualifications advantageous.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment agencies or in-house recruitment environments encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and candidates effectively.
  • Resourceful, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support manpower requirements for assigned sites.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies through job portals, social media platforms, recruitment campaigns, and career events.
  • Create engaging recruitment materials such as job advertisements, posters, brochures, and digital marketing content.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
  • Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Partner with Operations Managers to understand manpower needs and provide HR support on employment-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment regulations, payroll-related queries, and general HR matters.
  • Maintain employee records and track staff-related requirements such as medical check-ups and training schedules.
  • Coordinate training programmes with external training providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain training records and support compliance requirements.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including performance discussions, disciplinary documentation, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Perform other HR, administrative, and compliance-related duties as assigned.
