Job summary

Lovet (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations in Singapore. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance, serving as the first point of contact for HR enquiries.

You will help manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain records and documentation, and work with MOM regulations. Diploma or degree holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Entry level or up to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and reference checks
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programmes
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Administer employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions and resignations
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and payroll verification
• Administer leave, attendance, claims and employee benefits
• Ensure accurate submission of CPF and other statutory requirements
• Serve as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries

About the role
