Project Manager [ ID Design - Residential & Commercial ]

Location: Near Bendemeer MRT, Singapore

5 Work Days Per Week, 10am-6.30pm

Salary Range: $3,500 - $5,000 + Transport allowances

Qualifications
  • Company is expert in Residential projects like Private Condominium & Commercial projects like Retail and hotel sectors.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Architecture/Interior Design.
  • Strong understanding in Interior Design specifications, finishes and detailing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in interior design, project management and coordination.
Job Scopes
  • Oversee the daily operations and running of site project, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
  • Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain best practices and standards of project management for supplier/client quotations, scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing, budgeting and documentation.
  • Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organizations.
