Interior Design Lead

Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm)
Location: Sin Ming Lane, Midview City
Salary: $4,500 to $5,000

This role involves managing the design process from concept to completion. The Interior Design (Head) ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Candidate must possess ability to conceptualise innovative ID concepts and has strong presentation skills.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and material palettes to aid in job procurement and discussion with clients.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression.
• Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clients to create and implement a project’s design.
