Job summary

Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd. seeks an Interfaces Operations Specialist to manage daily data interfaces between OSIT/WOG systems and e-HR, coordinating with SMEs, middleware teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end operability.

The role requires proficiency in SQL, SAP queries and MS Office, plus experience in batch monitoring, data profiling and incident resolution in a multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in system interface or integration operations.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP HR / e-HR).
• Experience in batch job monitoring, error log analysis and incident resolution.
• Experience in a multi-vendor environment with middleware and cloud/portal apps.
• Experience supporting CRs, requirements gathering and UAT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily system integrations between OSIT/WOG systems and e-HR, and ensure data integrations are successful.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing interfaces, including external interfaces, external projects, eServices and Authority portals.
• Operate across five interface tracks and coordinate with SMEs, middleware teams and interfacing counterparts.
• Provide daily operations support, including batch job monitoring and error resolution.
• Monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface issues; perform data uploads as needed.
• Profile and analyse data for issues using SQL, SAP queries and MS Office tools; advise on resolutions.
