Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled specialist to manage daily system integrations between the OSIT/WOG platforms and the e-HR system. You will oversee five interface tracks, collaborate with SMEs, middleware, and external partners to ensure end-to-end operability, and support data-driven decisions.

You will monitor batch jobs, resolve errors, assist with CRs, and perform data profiling using SAP/SQL and Office tools. Strong coordination with data owners is essential for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily system integrations between OSIT/WOG and e-HR.
• Coordinate five interface tracks with SMEs, middleware, and external partners.
• Handle incoming/outgoing interfaces including external projects and portals.
• Provide daily operations support: batch monitoring and error resolution.
• Input for CRs during requirements gathering and UAT.
• Profile and analyze data for issues using SAP/SQL and Office tools.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and generate presentations for management.
