Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a professional to manage and optimize system interfaces across external systems and projects. The role requires hands-on data analysis, issue resolution, and close collaboration with data owners and stakeholders.

You will monitor batch jobs, analyze data for discrepancies, and support CR development during requirements and UAT. Proficiency with SQL, SAP, and Microsoft Office is advantageous in a fast-paced Singapore environment.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in daily interface operations, data accuracy, troubleshooting and coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all incoming and outgoing system interfaces with external systems and projects.
• Provide daily operations support: batch job monitoring and error resolution.
• Profile and analyse data for issues using SQL, SAP, and MS Office tools as needed.
• Coordinate with HR data owners for data-related decisions and confidentiality requirements.
• Monitor error logs and ensure timely resolution of interface errors.
• Generate reports for management and prepare slides for meetings.
• Maintain project resource assignments and track status to keep projects on track.
• Perform data uploads for manual transfers when required.
