Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Interfaces Operations Specialist to manage daily system integrations between OSIT/WOG and e-HR, coordinating across five concurrent tracks with SMEs and middleware teams.

You will monitor batch jobs, analyze data for issues, and prepare reports and documentation. The role requires strong SQL, SAP, and MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and multi-vendor coordination.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Experience in system interface or integration operations, preferably with HR systems (e.g. SAP HR / e-HR).
• Experience in batch job monitoring, error log analysis and incident resolution.
• Experience in multi-vendor environment with middleware and cloud/portal-based applications.
• Prior experience supporting CRs, requirements gathering and UAT is preferred.

• Interface Management & Daily Operations across OSIT/WOG and e-HR; ensure data interfaces run smoothly.
• Monitor batch jobs and error logs; provide timely resolution of interface errors.
• Profile and analyse data using SQL, SAP queries, and Microsoft Office tools; advise on resolutions.
• Coordinate CRs, requirements gathering, and UAT; maintain documentation and changes.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations; support project tracking and governance.
