Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee client sites, ensuring performance standards are met under contract. You will schedule preventive maintenance, pest control, and horticulture with appointed subcontractors, and conduct weekly meetings and inspections to achieve cleaning and service standards.

You will investigate incidents, coordinate meetings and logistics, prepare monthly reports, and handle ad-hoc duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant integrated facilities management experience.
• Possesses a Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Immediate to short notice availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management services and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, pest control, and horticulture with contractors.
• Conduct weekly cleaners meetings and inspections to meet standards.
• Investigate reported incidents and determine root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate meetings and events; obtain quotations and raise invoices.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports; perform ad-hoc duties as required.
