Job summary

CPG Facilities Management is hiring for a Facilities Manager role to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building and M&E systems across schools in Singapore. You will supervise site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure service quality.

Strong planning and communications skills are essential. The role requires a Diploma in Building/Facilities Management with 3+ years of experience, and travel to multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CFME accreditation is preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and M&E systems.
• Support site operations, planning works and supervising contractors.
• Investigate faults, recommend preventive measures and liaise on quotations.
• Act as a front-line representative to schools and client representatives.
• Maintain documentation and incident/inspection records in the FM system.
• Ensure defects are closed timely per contract requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
