Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Facilities Executive to join our team. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for school facilities and M&E systems, and manage services including cleaning, pest control, horticulture and security through contractors.

You will support senior managers, plan works, monitor contractor performance, document field data in our FM system, and ensure timely closure of defects in line with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience.
• CFME accreditation with SIFMA preferred.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building and M&E systems for schools.
• Supervise site operations with SFM, FM and core team; plan works and monitor contractor performance.
• Investigate breakdowns, propose preventive measures, liaise on quotations, secure client approvals.
• Act as front-line representative to schools and client reps; coordinate meetings and record minutes.
• Maintain documentation and upload field data into the FM system; track status.
• Close defects identified during inspections and audits in line with contract.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
