C&W Services (Singapore) is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to assist the Manager in administering soft services contracts across Cleaning, Façade Cleaning, Food Waste Recycling, Landscape, and Pest Control at Our Tampines Hub. You will compile monthly reports and monitor contractor performance to ensure KPI compliance.
The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management, with at least 2 years in FM, and familiarity with WSH.
Assist Manager on administering, managing 5 soft services contracts to meet contractual KPI and obligation. The services namely, Cleaning, Façade Cleaning, Food Waste Recycling, Landscape and Pest Control services.
Assists in the submission compilation of reports of soft services for monthly report to Client as required at every month.
Conduct site inspection to check for the soft services contractor performance, standards and compliance to the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work schedule. Also, prompt updates of the work completion status in the system.
Assist Manager on managing soft services budget that includes contractors progress claim and other ad hoc services.
Participate in current soft services contract review, ensure it meets C&W FM contract obligations at Our Tampines Hub. Tasks must be adequate and relevant or otherwise require changes and update before next contract renewal of exercise.
Assist Client/partners sought quotations on Variation or ad hoc services, co-ordinate with respective venue teams on work schedule and planning.
Work closely with soft services contractor to review technology or methods, eg robotic on delivering similar or better results in cheaper, effective and faster ways.
To assist in the preparation of various FM and statistic reports to clients or internal.
Support incident reporting and assist in preparation of reports where required.
Perform any related duties as required and directed.
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications.
At least 2 years of working experiences in Facilities Management or related field.
Experience working with cleaning, pest control, landscape, or FM contractors is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
Comfortable working on rotating shifts to support operational coverage (no overnight shifts; latest shift ends at 11pm), weekend and Public Holiday if rostered.
