Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Night Shift Operations Manager to oversee client premises and facilities during overnight hours. You will monitor critical systems, manage incidents, coordinate with contractors, and prepare night-shift reports, ensuring a smooth handover to the day shift.

Role requires a Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Eng or FM, Fire Safety Manager certification preferred, and immediate-start availability; location is Northeast

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Fire Safety Manager Certification preferred.
• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management and/or M&E preferred.
• Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the night shift operations team and oversee operation, maintenance of client premises and facilities during overnight hours.
• Monitor critical systems (power generation, water treatment, sewage), oversee asset performance and overnight contractor work, liaison with stakeholders.
• Act as Site Incident Controller during night shift for firefighting, medical, security emergencies until SCDF arrival.
• Attend to and respond to feedback and urgent service requests during the night shift; coordinate with on-duty technicians/contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns to determine causes, contain faults and gather prevention data.
• Compile and analyse night shift data and prepare reports on system performance, incidents and completed work; ensure smooth handover to day shift.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor during the night shift.
