Job summary

Salesforce Singapore is seeking an Industry Solutions Architect to lead the Travel, Transport and Hospitality advisory and solution throughout the pre-sales cycle, delivering thought leadership to transform customers’ experiences across the value chain.

The role acts as a trusted adviser, translating business objectives into compelling recommendations, coordinating a multi-resource solution cycle, and traveling occasionally to engage with clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Exposure to Design Thinking, Consulting methodologies and Enterprise Architecture would be an added advantage.
• Broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with Travel, Transport and Hospitality clients.
• Act as trusted advisor to deeply understand client challenges and goals.
• Develop and present innovative custom solutions addressing business value.
• Coordinate the full solution cycle with a broad range of technical and business resources.
• Articulate Salesforce benefits to staff up to C-level stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to meet clients and drive engagements.
