Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join a growing insurance service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance across multiple channels and delivering a positive customer experience.

You will handle enquiries, provide product and policy information, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests in line with service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, contact centre, banking, insurance or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests through phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, procedures and services.
• Assist customers with policy-related enquiries, documentation, account updates and general servicing requests.
• Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries to ensure cases are resolved within the required service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate the resolution of customer requests.
• Ensure all interactions are handled in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and service standards.
• Contribute towards achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
