Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service, frontline servicing, contact centre or insurance operations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk in customers and Financial Representatives, Insurance policy enquiries and servicing requests within established turnaround times.
• Provide clear and professional assistance on policy related matters; follow up promptly on cases that cannot be resolved during the initial interaction.
• Assess and handle customer feedback, appeals and minor complaints, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve timely and appropriate resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of frontline customer service while ensuring transactions and servicing activities comply with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support other customer touchpoints when required to ensure continuity of customer service.
• Participate in service improvement projects and provide operational support across different Service Centres or customer touchpoints as assigned.
