• Handle walk-in enquiries and requests from policyholders, representatives and business partners on insurance-related matters.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and customer requests within the required timeframe.
• Manage customer feedback, appeals and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and deliver a positive customer service experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and identify potential risks or issues when required.
• Support other customer service channels and service centres when needed.
• Assist with projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
