Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Insurance Claims Enquiry Officer in Singapore to handle email inquiries with timely responses and coordinate calls to policyholders and distributors for claim decisions. You will support in providing the basis of decisions for concluded claims where NDAs apply and manage appeals and complaints through to resolution.

The role requires a Diploma with 2+ years in the insurance field; certifications in M9/M5/CHI/BCP/PGI are advantageous, plus at least 1 year of

Competenze

Diploma holder with at least 2 years experience in Insurance Industry.
1 year of relevant working experience in complaint handling will be advantageous.
Experience in insurance industry with claim knowledge would be advantageous.

Mansioni

Respond to claim enquiries and requests received via email within the expected turnaround time.
Make calls to policyholders and distribution representatives to explain claim decisions where required.
Assist in calls to distribution representatives and policyholders to provide basis of decision for concluded claims where policy is voided due to material non-disclosure.
Assess and manage appeals, feedback, and general complaints from emails.
Manage complaints prior to escalation to Managers and supervisors.
