Responsibilities

• Register new general insurance claims and update claim records accurately.
• Maintain claim documents, correspondence and supporting records.
• Update claim reserves and process payments according to approved instructions.
• Respond to general customer enquiries and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Monitor claims administration tasks to meet service timelines.
• Assist with claim reviews, audits, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and data protection policies.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
