Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Officer to support hospital billing operations in Singapore. You will handle submission of patient insurance claims, track statuses, and follow up on payments to ensure timely settlements.

You will liaise with clinic teams and insurers, reconcile payments against patient accounts, and monitor receivables. The role requires diligence and good communication within a 5.5-day work week, with occasional Saturday mornings as needed.

• Track claim status and follow up on outstanding insurance payments.
• Follow up on rejected, pending or disputed claims.
• Reconcile insurance payments against patient accounts.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Liaise with clinic teams and insurers on billing and claim matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.
