Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau in Singapore is seeking an Analyst for Product Solutions & Billing. You will ensure timely issuance of Group Insurance bills and policy contracts, and support Corporate Solutions’ goals through efficient billing operations.

Requirements: Diploma and at least 2 years in insurance operations, with strong organization, communication and relationship management skills. You will assist in system setup, renewals, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and service

Qualifications

• Diploma holder; 2+ years in insurance operations.
• Must be fast, meticulous, organized and able to communicate effectively.
• Strong relationship management and process orientation are important for success.

Responsibilities

• Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
• Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively.
• Track and monitor new business and policy renewals to ensure timely information flow with Sales/Marketing.
• Set up and review new business/renewal policies in core systems.
• Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence checks and contribute to process improvements.
