Job summary

AIA Singapore, a leading life insurer, seeks an Actuary to price ILP products, develop pricing models and prepare regulatory filings. The role includes managing stakeholder queries and delivering timely solutions to policy servicing issues.

The incumbent will review documents, support system development (UAT, Day 2, post-launch), and engage cross-functional teams to optimise product competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent
• 3 - 6 years of actuarial experience in life insurance
• Demonstrated progress in actuarial professional exams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge of Prophet or similar actuarial software is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Product pricing of ILP products, including preparation of reports and presentations for senior management
• Assess and evaluate key financial metrics, and propose ways to improve them while balancing product competitiveness
• Engage a range of internal stakeholders on pricing and implementation matters
• Review product-related documents
• Provide technical and implementation support for system development, including UAT, Day 2 and post-launch enhancements
• Provide high-quality policy servicing support that ensures queries are handled accurately and resolved promptly
