Job summary

You will create proposals, support timely quotations, manage price lists, and report on sales performance while aligning sales and delivery expectations with partners and vendors. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree in Sales or Business Administration, has proven ICT inside sales leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven ICT inside sales management experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP software and MS Tools.
• Strong understanding of the sales administration process.

Responsibilities

• Create sales proposals to meet customer’s expectations.
• Support sales team with timely quotations.
• Handle inter-company quotations.
• Ensure that the business unit achieves the desired gross profit.
• Set and track sales targets for the team.
• Manage the sales administration process.
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
• Maintain price lists and price booklets.
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Ensure sales, finance and legal requirements are met.
• Align sales and delivery expectations.
• Handle the outsourcing of services.
• Manage and grow partner and vendor relationships.
