Job summary

NSING TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to support its growing international business from Singapore.

You will collaborate with sales teams, distributors, customers, and internal operations to manage orders, samples, reporting, and sales administration, while also assisting overseas marketing efforts. The role requires 1–3 years in related roles, a Diploma/Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain, and strong Excel and CRM/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, customer service, order management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support data management and reporting.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and distributor purchase orders (POs) by entering, verifying, and confirming orders through the CRM system.
• Maintain and update customer and distributor information in the CRM system, including registrations and account details.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Track and record order status, delivery schedules, and inventory availability to support operational efficiency.
• Manage customer sample requests by entering sample orders, arranging shipments, and following up on status.
• Communicate with customers and distributors to resolve order, delivery, sample, and operational queries or discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and delivery documentation as required for accurate financial processing.
• Collect and consolidate monthly distributor sales and inventory reports to support sales analysis.
• Assist with monthly distributor settlements, commission and rebate calculations, and sales reconciliation in coordination with internal teams.
• Generate basic sales reports and maintain accurate sales, customer, and distributor records.
• Update overseas social media channels with news, product updates, events, and marketing materials.
