Job summary

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager in Singapore to monitor sales metrics and oversee the sales administration lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to hit aggressive targets in a fast-paced ICT setting.

You will drive quotation accuracy, manage price lists, and lead a small team while ensuring profitability and cross-functional compliance across sales, finance and legal domains.

Qualifications

• Experience as an inside sales manager in ICT environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of the sales administration process.

Responsibilities

• Create sales proposals to meet customer expectations.

• Set and track sales targets for the team.
• Manage the sales administration process and processes improvements.
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Ensure alignment with sales, finance, and legal requirements.
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements; align delivery expectations.
