Job summary

EMEA3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager in Singapore to monitor sales metrics and oversee the sales administration lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to hit aggressive targets in a fast-paced ICT setting.

You will drive quotation accuracy, manage price lists, and lead a small team while ensuring profitability and cross-functional compliance across sales, finance and legal domains.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager who can monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. He/She will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve specific goals in a high-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Create sales proposals to meet customer’s expectations
• Support sales team with timely quotations
• Handle inter-company quotations
• Ensure that the business unit achieves the desired gross profit
• Set and track sales targets for the team
• Manage the sales administration process
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Maintain price lists and price booklets
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Ensure sales, finance and legal requirements are met
• Align sales and delivery expectations
• Handle the outsourcing of services
• Manage and grow partner and vendor relationships
