Job summary

FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Coordination and Customer Service professional in Singapore to respond to questions about parts and services from domestic and international clients, ensuring accurate and timely answers.

You will support aftersales strategies with the Sales Team and Agents and assist in assessing project service needs. You will verify parts' technical suitability, monitor ongoing tasks for timely completion, and handle product warranty administration to boost customer

Qualifications

• Three years or more of experience in project management, sales, or aftersales in the high-speed engine industry or a similar field.
• Strong technical understanding of high-speed engines and their uses.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to both lead a team and work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
