Job summary

FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Coordination and Customer Service professional in Singapore to respond to questions about parts and services from domestic and international clients, ensuring accurate and timely answers.

You will support aftersales strategies with the Sales Team and Agents and assist in assessing project service needs. You will verify parts' technical suitability, monitor ongoing tasks for timely completion, and handle product warranty administration to boost customer

Qualifications

Three years or more of experience in project management, sales, or aftersales in the high-speed engine industry or a similar field.
Strong technical understanding of high-speed engines and their uses.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
The capacity to both lead a team and work independently.
Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Respond to questions about parts and services from both domestic and foreign clients, making sure to provide accurate and timely answers.
Resource planning and execution.
Work together with the Sales Team and Agents to create and carry out aftersales strategies aimed at current and prospective clients.
Assist departments in assessing the technical and service needs of different projects.
Check the parts' technical suitability to make sure they adhere to the necessary fit, form, and function requirements.
Keep an eye on ongoing tasks to guaranty timely completion.
Product warranty administration.
