Job summary

FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Coordination and Customer Service professional in Singapore to respond to inquiries about parts and services for both domestic and international clients.

You will collaborate with Sales and Agents to implement aftersales strategies, and assess technical and service needs across projects. The role requires strong knowledge of high-speed engines, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a small team while working independently.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of experience in project management, sales, or aftersales in the high-speed engine industry or a similar field.
• Strong technical understanding of high-speed engines and their uses.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to both lead a team and work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions about parts and services from both domestic and foreign clients, ensuring accurate and timely answers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and Agents to create and execute aftersales strategies for current and prospective clients.
• Assist departments in assessing the technical and service needs of different projects.
• Check the parts' technical suitability to ensure fit, form, and function requirements.
• Monitor ongoing tasks to guarantee timely completion.
• Administer product warranties.

• Keep an eye on ongoing tasks to guaranty timely completion.
• Product warranty administration
