Job summary

Focal Search Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Coordination and Customer Service professional to respond to questions about parts and services from both domestic and foreign clients, ensuring accurate, timely answers and efficient resource planning.

You will work with the Sales Team and Agents to implement aftersales strategies, assess technical and service needs of projects, verify parts fit, and monitor tasks to guarantee timely completion and warranty administration.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of experience in project management, sales, or aftersales in the high-speed engine industry or a similar field.
• Strong technical understanding of high-speed engines and their uses.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to both lead a team and work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
